School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

Our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program is dedicated to helping young individuals transition from school to meaningful employment. We provide personalised support and practical guidance to assist school leavers in developing the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce. Our SLES program includes career exploration, job readiness training, resume development, interview preparation, and on-the-job support. We work closely with each participant to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals, and then tailor our support to help them achieve success in their chosen field. By offering hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship, we aim to empower school leavers to secure and maintain fulfilling employment while building a strong foundation for their future careers.
